Mr. Zheng is the Chairman and CEO of ARM Group and has extensive executive experience at McKinsey & Co. (USA), SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals (USA), and GSK Pharmaceutical (UK). With over 20 years of involvement in healthcare and organ-related devices such as artificial teeth, joints, regenerative meningeal matrix, and organs like the pancreas, kidney, and blood vessels, Mr. Zheng is the Managing Director of AHK. Mr. Zheng has been involved in a dozen organ-regeneration companies and still serves as a Board Member of many organ and device companies like Iviva Medical, Riton Dental Tech, and ARM Group. Mr. Zheng holds an MBA degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, Canada, and a Master’s Degree in Applied Science from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Nick Atwater is a Stem Cells and Tissue Culture expert with over 15 years of experience in biotechnology and academia experience. Mr. Atwater held various positions at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute, Q-State Biosciences, and Amgen before joining AHK. He received his MSc in Biotechnology from the California State University-Channel Islands, and also completed a Masters in Business Management from Harvard University. After consulting for ARM China for the past 5 years, Mr. Atwater joined AHK as CEO in September of 2023.
